US imposed caps against second Chinese science and technology company

We are talking about a company that produces semiconductors. This information was shared by The Washington Post, citing the US Department of Commerce.

On September 25, the department informed the companies that today they will need to earn a specialized license to supply the strange manufacturer with the conditioned product image. The order will be in force until the moment the experts do not evaluate SMIC and its subsidiaries.

SMIC is the largest microelectronic fraternity in the PRC. Several North American high-tech enterprises operate with it, starting with Broadcom and Qualcomm.
